Our Educators
Our Team
Every parent understands how difficult it is to entrust the care of your child to others, and that is why Four Seasons Early Learning Academy hires educators who are dedicated to providing exceptional childcare services and early childhood development.
Our educators are comprised of highly qualified and seasoned teachers, who provide the foundations of professionalism and excellence. They share the same qualities that we strive to encourage in our students. They are sensitive, supportive, imaginative, curious, and open-minded.
All interactions and learning take place in a safe environment where children are encouraged to develop friendships, trusted bonds, and are treated to a world of creative exploration.
Our whole team is focused on continually researching the best practice in early childhood education, whilst gaining insight and mentorship from many different principles to provide an educational program that is of the highest standards.
The Role of our educators
Our teachers play an important role with the day to day experiences children get from the program. With the Reggio Emilia approach, teachers plan starting points for the children to explore and provide open-ended resources for their journey of exploration. They listen, observe and facilitate your child’s learning. Teachers are there to help the children move from simple to complex ideas and to slow down the process so that the little moments can be captured. Children are allowed to make mistakes and are encouraged to try different solutions to problems. At Four Seasons we believe consistency and relationships are important, therefore our classrooms are set up to remove the stress of multiple transitions experienced when children move too frequently between programs.
At Four Seasons Early Learning, the love of learning is fostered each and every day through a combined sprit of love, respect and cooperation.
