Infants

An ideal environment for newborn infants is one that is of safety, comfort, and nurture. At Four Seasons we created a room that does just that. Our infant classroom is set just like a nursery room at home with soft music playing throughout the day for comfort and consistency. Our infant teachers are knowledgeable and provide a warm and secure place for children to grow.

At Four Seasons we honor your baby’s routine, and your child’s daily schedule is accommodated by the educators so we know exactly when your baby needs to nap, eat and have quiet activity. We work closely with you to understand your infant’s unique schedule and needs. Daily written communications of your child’s day helps keep you connected. Babies are held during feedings, read to, rocked and loved on.

We provide soothing massages, stretches and encourage time on their tummies to discover the world around them. At Four Seasons we believe that signing is a key ingredient to language development. Sign language is an integral part of our educational curriculum and our infants are exposed to non-verbal gestures throughout the day. Sign language allows infants interpersonal conversation skills which yield faster language development. Four Seasons, consistently evaluates each child based on age-appropriate benchmarks in order to assess individual growth and development. Our Safety, security, and cleanliness practices exceed all state and local guidelines.
